The pages are turning quickly on the calendar and December 25 is not so many pages away. Do you need a personal, homemade gift that is awesome and easy?? Give the gift of a plant, but personalize it with your own plant tag. This summer, my aloe plant had several babies and the whole pot needed dividing. My mind went…

My brother’s birthday was last week and sometimes male cards can be a bit of a challenge. When we were kids (he’s 4 years younger than me) he loved to watch the popular 1970’s show Doctor Who. It scared me, but I still watched it because we were only allowed one show each a day and I wanted my tv…

Wishing you all a fun day of “trick or treating” on this day of Halloween. My gingerbread cookie (stamp) wanted to dress up as a mummy this year, so I wrapped him up in paper towel strips and he’s pretty happy with his costume.

Stained glass is beautiful and illuminating (but time intensive, expensive, and not easy to give away). Use this stained glass technique on vellum and you will find yourself to be an instant expert, giving away many cards with happiness. This card is actually completing three of my today’s checklist items: 1. I wanted to create my own design and send…
I am not ready to let go of summer. As much as I love the crisp, Autumn air, I’m just not ready yet. I wanted to send a friend a card today, so of course I went directly to Pinterest for inspiration. I came across a butterfly card that really spoke to me. All of the butterflies where I live…
There have been a lot of changes and new beginnings happening in my household which delayed my Fall lineup announcement. My son is now almost 3 weeks into his first year of college and my daughter just started high school yesterday and has already played in 2 Freshman Volleyball games. I thought I was going to have more time to…
I’ve been sitting in my safe, dry, unaffected home listening to all of the destruction and hope brought on by Hurricane Harvey wondering what difference I can make. The above Statement of the Heart is Stampin’ Up!’s mission statement (created before mission statements were popular) that all demonstrators strive to live by. We all make a difference through what we do,…
