It’s the start of Strawberry Season! Time to celebrate summer with strawberries. It’s the perfect time to pick your berries in a patch, at a farmer’s market, local producer or your favorite food store. But don’t stop there! Create with strawberries too – not with the actual berry (although I bet the juice makes a great dye), but with stamps and paper. Stampin’ Up!’s pairing of the Sweet Strawberry stamp set and coordinating Strawberry Builder Punch make it a breeze to create your own harvest.
You may remember that this bundle was introduced to us in January and it quickly sold out. It’s back and it remains a bundle for the entire year. But the set and punch together and save 10%. Note – you’ll want to buy and use them together anyways, so enjoy that 10% off.
I saw a similar card to this one online and decided to make it a June Club project. Each of my Club members got to make their own card and choosing their own sentiments (got to love customization). I filmed a video (at the end of this post) of how I put this card together for those Club members who were not able to attend class and thought you may like to see it as well.
These are the products we used:
- Sweet Strawberry Bundle (set & punch), 159523
- Thick Basic White Card Stock (card base), 159229
- Basic Black Card Stock (layer), 121045
- Pattern Party Designer Series Paper, 155426 (Note: Only Hosts can order this pack of paper. It’s a great deal, you get 4 sheets of each design. One side is bright colors and the other are black & white).
- String/twine/ribbon. I used actual baker’s twine, but you can substitute the red ribbon from Playful Pets pack, 15266.
- Genial Gems, 155500
- Scraps of Real Red, Granny Apple Green and white for the strawberries, leaves and flowers.
- Adhesive (I used Multipurpose liquid glue & dimensionals)

I just love this “clean and crisp” card, it’s definitely my style (and pretty easy to replicate). I hope you celebrate summer with strawberries too! The fruit & stamping versions.
