I was so excited to see the Playful Alphabet Dies in the new Annual Catalog. These letters are a perfect size to create words, both traditional and customizable for your card/gift recipients. The largest die is 3/4″ x 3/4″. As I was creating the following birthday card, I came up with an easy way to line up the alphabet dies. Hint – it involves washi tape. I think you will really like it. Watch the video to see what I did.
What do you think? Using the washi tape makes it so much easier to get the letters straight and where you want them. It also makes it easier to create multiple cards because you can peel off the letters (stuck together) and reuse.
Be sure to save those cut out letters for other projects! I used mine to create a birthday cake topper.
