Easy to Make Triangle Boxes

One of my girl scouts showed me how to make these easy to make triangle boxes years ago. They can be transformed into any theme depending on the paper, accessories and tags. I think my girl scout showed us how to make witch ones for Halloween. I’ve made them into fun Santa boxes and birthday boxes. I made these boxes to represent Easter carrots. I say represent rather than are carrots because the greenery is on the carrot tip side instead of the top. Watch the video and you will see that they are truly easy to make triangle boxes.

Directions

As I mentioned in the video, you can make your triangle box into any size. All you need is a rectangle piece, the length being double the side of the width. I made my boxes 4-1/4″ x 8-1/2″ using Pumpkin Pie card stock.

Score half way and then on the diagonal middle to center on both sides.

Punch your holes on the closed box and insert ribbon, twine, yarn, or as I show you, pipe cleaners to close. Use any type of tag that helps your theme.

I used the Welcome Easter 151559 Stamp Set.

Have fun making these easy to make Triangle Boxes and be sure to send me photos of your versions. I would love to see what you come up with!
