August is prime blueberry season in my area. We have local pick-your-own berries farms not too far away from where I live. Until recently, I didn’t like blueberries. But now I have them almost every day in my yogurt (along with unsweetened coconut and sliced almonds). It’s a delicious breakfast and sometimes lunch (if you want to make it extra decadent, add a little whipped cream). But this post isn’t about what I eat for breakfast, but about a delicious summer blueberry (paper) pie. The new Sweets & Treats stamp set has a pie included and you can make it almost any flavor you wish. For this Club project, I chose a Blueberry Pie Card with Cloche.
I’ll show you some other Sweet Treats cards I made using the same blueberry pie layout later in the post. First you’ll want to see the video I made showing how to put this delicious card together. I just love how the black & white tin-tile ceiling paper and subway tile embossing adds to the kitchen feel of the cloche.

Fruitcake anyone????
As you can see, these are all the same cards but with a different sweet on top of the dessert stand. I love versatile stamp sets and Sweets & Treats is definitely one of them. Especially if you are a baker or give bakers cards. All you need are a few different Blends Markers colors and you are good to make different creations all from the same layout. Perfection! I hope you enjoyed this Blueberry Pie Card with Cloche tutorial and are ready to make your own. Be sure to stock up on your “ingredients”.
