Great questions Merry. Really, you don’t need to worry about either to place an order. Once or twice a year, Stampin’ Up! has a sale where they award $5 coupons and that is where you would enter that code. The host code is for a Club order or a workshop/party where several people are placing an order to help out their hostess.
