This is a definitively an Over-the-Top card that will impress anyone you give it to. Below are two videos on how to make the card and custom envelope. The videos show you how to construct the card as well as cut the pattern panel pieces on the diagonal. You can customize your cards with any papers and embellishments you wish.
The only supplies you really need to make the card are: paper trimmer with scorer or separate scoreboard, pencil, eraser and 12″ ruler.
I will list the supplies I used for my example in case you like them, but this card is very versatile that you can use any papers.
