Easter Lamb

I’m starting to think about which samples to make for my upcoming Open House on March 5 (you are all invited, just need to RSVP to me).  Since it’s only a few weeks before Easter, I immediately thought of using the Easter Lamb stamp from the 2016 Occasions catalog.  You may have noticed that the “Happy Easter” is attached to the lamb on the stamp.  Since not everyone celebrates Easter, I wanted an easy way to separate the two.  Don’t you think this lamb would make a sweet baby card?  I always try to provide choices whenever possible.

I decided to cut the rubber stamp (with my scissors) and used two sides of the wood block to mount it (this stamp only comes in the wood style).  A very easy fix. Stay tuned for a card example.Snip20160220_2 Snip20160220_3

  1. Christine,
I’m always amazed at my finished “product” after one of your classes. I think “I made this?”. I look forward to your classes. They’re not only instructional but lots of fun and I look forward to attending many more. The birthday cupcake is a favorite but I also love the daffodil card. I love them all!!!

    • I miss you Barbara! I hope your schedule will allow you to return to class and make some more beautiful cards. Thank you for the kind words.
